HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
Generally, the fee a client will pay will be based on a percentage of the total amount of any recovery in their claim, whether by settlement, judge or jury verdict or some other alternative dispute resolution procedure. We do our best to try to recover from the at-fault party and/or insurance company a percentage of the fees that you will be charged. We wish that you did not have to be responsible for any lawyer's fees, but our laws do not provide for this type of situation. Unfortunately in this respect, we are not an American based society.
All medical negligence matters should be discussed with a lawyer/our team as the terms and conditions will often be different than those regarding automobile collisions.
